    West Georgia Transition Council

    Mission statement:  “Coordinate and collaborate to connect, support and serve individuals with disabilities as they move to a successful future in the community”. 

    The West Georgia Transition Council serves the counties of Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Harris, Meriwether, Troup Counties and includes Carrollton City Schools. 

    Parent and other interested parties are welcome to attend.
