Newton - Rockdale Interagency Transition Council

This Interagency Transition Council holds informational activities for families, educators, and the community on local resources.  Meetings are held bi-monthly on the second Tuesday from 1:30 to 3:30 PM.  The meeting locations change between Newton and Rockdale Counties.
