Coastal Georgia Transition Council

This regional council provides information and student-specfic support for students and families in the following counties: Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, and Long counties. The council meets the third Tuesday on every other month from 9-11:30 AM at the Mercer Auditorium, Hoskins Center, Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah.
