Heart of Georgia Transition Alliance

This regional Interagency Transition Council serves the following counties and city school districts: Bleckley, Dodge, Dublin City, Heartland Academy, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wilkinson, Wheeler and Wilcox.
