Athens Council for Transition

This Interagency Transition Council includes members from Athens City Schools and Clarke County Schools as well as Vocational Rehabilitation, Hope Haven, and community representatives.  The council provides information through an annual Transition Workshop for Clarke and surrounding counties.  They also focus on helping facilitate student-specfic post-secondary goals.
