Clayton County Interagency Transition Team

This Interagency Transition Team is newly formed and will meet the second Tuesday of September, November, January, March and May from 10:00am to Noon at the Clayton County Professional Learning Center, 1087 Battle Creek Rd., Jonesboro, GA  30236.
