Dekalb Interagency Transition Planning Council

 The DeKalb Interagency Transition Planning Council  (ITPC)  has been in existence for over 20 years. Our members include school system transition liaisons, vocational rehabilitation counselors from the GA Dept. of Labor, a DeKalb school system Parent Mentor, parent representatives, and representatives of many agencies and programs which provide services to adults with disabilities.

The council meets every fourth Thursday of the month from 1:30-3:00 PM, from September through April. Our meetings are held at Intown Community Church on LaVista Rd, and are free and open to the public.
