Floyd County Interagency Transition Council

This Interagency Transition Council provides general information and student specific reccommendations for individuals who are transitioning to post-secondary educational, vocational, and supported living opportunities.  

The council usually meets at 2 PM at the Floyd County Board of Education, 600 Riverside Parkway, Rome, GA  30161, unless otherwise indicated.
