Fulton County Interagency Transition Council

This Interagency Council serves Fulton County, College Park City and Union City.  They meet the second Wednesday of every month. The council's activities focus on providing information concerning post-secondary opportunities and a smooth transition process.

There is an annual Transition Conference, usually held in early spring.
