Colquitt County Transition Council

This transition council collects and disseminates information related to transition services.  The council shares information regarding how to access resources for students who are transitioning, as well as developing solutions to specific transition issues that exist in the system and community.  Most importantly, they ensure the successful transition of all students with special needs. Other activities include informational presentations and facilitating post-secondary connections.  The Colquitt County Navigator Team will be joining the council for their meetings.
