    Columbia-Richmond Collaborative Team

    Representatives from Columbia County Schools and Richmond County Schools work collaboratively with Vocational Rehabilitation to organize an annual Transition Fair which provides information to students and parents on resources in the area that help with a smooth transition to post-secondary education, work, and supported living.
